Junior Professorship I Professorship - Business Psychology
Department Business Administration Online
Your duties
- Design and implementation of practical digital courses in a blended learning format, offered in both German and English
- Active participation in the development of our business psychology degree programs
- Supervision of academic papers, theses and student projects
- Research and publication activities
- Acquisition of research and practical projects
- Maintaining contacts with corporate practices and expanding our cooperation network
Your profile
- Relevant doctoral degree or equivalent academic qualification
- Significant experience in teaching, research and professional practice in psychology or business psychology
- Strong interest in innovative, digital and modern education; experience in blended learning is an advantage
- Excellent didactic and communication skills
- Interest in developing new digital learning methods
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Passion for student engagement and profound enthusiasm for teaching

- Depending on qualification and experience, we offer a junior professor a minimum annual gross salary of € 58.800; for the position of a professor a minimum annual gross salary of € 70.000. The award of a professorship is a process based on expert opinions that is distinct from the conclusion of a service contract. It presupposes due evidence of achievements in teaching, research and professional working
