The Faculty of Electrical and Information Engineering of Graz University of Technology is seeking to appoint a full professor of
Electricity Economics and Energy Innovation
for a tenured faculty position, tenured according to Section 98 of the Austrian University Act (§98 UG) at the Institute of Electricity Economics and Energy Innovation, prospectively starting on March 1, 2020. For this position, we are seeking a highly qualified and scientifically well-established individual who is deeply committed to representing the field of "Electricity Economics and Energy Innovation" in teaching and research.
To apply, applicants must have a doctorate (Ph.D.) in the required engineering discipline or in a closely related field from either an Austrian or an equivalent foreign university. Furthermore, we expect outstanding academic qualifications, as evidenced by a habilitation degree (venia docendi) or equivalent scientific achievements as well as the necessary qualifications for this managerial position.
